ZOLTO

Full-grain leather, one maker per bag, lifetime repair. Complimentary shipping over £250.

A leather house

Bags bought once, and carried for a decade.

Full-grain leather, vegetable-tanned in Tuscany. One maker per bag, solid brass hardware, and a repair service that lasts as long as you keep it. No logos, nothing to prove.

Three pieces

The range, in full

We make three bags. Each is offered in a couple of leathers, made to order in three to four weeks or shipped from a small ready stock.

Materials

One hide, one maker, one bag.

Every Zolto bag is cut from full-grain calfskin, the top layer of the hide with the grain left intact, so it wears in rather than out. It darkens and softens with use. That is the point.

One maker sees a bag through from cutting to the final saddle stitch, and initials it inside. The stress points are stitched by hand because that is what fails first on a bag meant to last. When something does wear, we repair it, for as long as you own it.
